A former Port Erin guesthouse could be turned into an apartment block - if planners give the go-ahead.
Erin House on Athol Park would be turned into eight flats under the plans lodged by Richard Copisarow of Port Erin.
In his application, he says the redevelopment would mean fewer parking spaces are needed.
He adds the building is around 120 years old and a previous planning application had given permission for it to be demolished and replaced.
