Local company Zurich says its cut its electricity consumption by a quarter over three years.
In a statement released earlier this week, the firm adds its resulted in a 'significant reduction' in its carbon footprint.
Zurich says the 25 per cent reduction means 182 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions have been saved, equal to planting 351 mature trees.
The business has set a target to achieve net-zero in its operations by 2030 through a 70 percent absolute reduction in emissions by 2029.
