The Enterprise Minister says that the Companies Register will be updated this spring.
Tim Johnston MHK was quizzed about the topic by Douglas North MHK John Wannenburgh in the House of Keys.
Mr Wannenburgh wanted to know what progress has been made with digitising the Companies Registry.
Mr Johnston says that further improvements are being introduced from April 1:
