An Isle of Man technology business has launched a new AI service to help companies handle phone enquiries more efficiently.
Janus AI, registered in Market Street in Douglas, says its Beyond Voicemail hopes to replace traditional voicemail and telephone menus with intelligent conversations.
Its AI can direct people to the right team, book appointments and handle enquiries, including out of hours.
Founder James Crawford says the technology aims to help local businesses while creating an export opportunity for the Island.
