Efforts are underway to encourage more people on the Island to consider a career in aviation.
European Aviation Maintenance has teamed up with the University College Isle of Man to add aviation modules into the current Engineering and Manufacturing Apprenticeship Course.
The company, which is based at Ronaldsway Airport, is also introducing a two year course for 12 students in September which would result in a City and Guilds diploma.
