The Island's inflation rate has risen, once again.
The Consumer Prices index shows the figure stood at 6.7% in March - up from 6.5% a month earlier.
Transport remains the largest contributor to the rate of inflation providing a 2.6 per cent increase in the overall 12-month rate.
Meanwhile - Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels showed a 1.1 per cent rise.
'Petrol and oil' experienced the biggest increase in prices at 30.3 per cent.
It comes after considerable hikes in gas and electricity bills on the island were introduced on 1 April.
