A key figure at PwC Isle of Man is backing the Islands new Blockchain Office.
PwC's Advisory Director, Steve Billinghurst, will head up regulation there and be part of the eight-strong team based at The Hubb on Victoria Street in Douglas.
The recently established Blockchain Office is aiming to grow and strategically develop the sector on the Isle of Man.
So far the organisation has received expressions of interest for businesses in a number of industries including education, real estate and banking.
