The Post Office is thanking those who have completed its public consultation on how to improve services.
Post Office Chair Julie Edge says the establishment wants to gain a better understanding on how to fulfil the needs of customers.
It took to Twitter to thank the 595 people who have responded to the consultation so far.
It comes following the postal service reporting a loss this year for the first time in history.
