More energy efficient homes could be built on the Isle of Man after a successful trial project.
That's the view of the Department of Infrastructure which says future developments could include more Passive housing.
Two three-bedroom homes were built in Castletown in 2015 - since then they've both come within their energy saving expectations.
Minister Ray Harmer says his department wants to continue to seek, trial and integrate new building techniques and technologies when designing and constructing new homes:
