The space above a Douglas pub could be turned into six apartments, if planning is approved.
POP Investments have applied to turn the upper floors above The Thirsty Pigeon into living space.
This area of the building has been empty for a number of years, and the applicant hopes to bring back full occupation and enable people to live within the town centre.
The use of The Thirsty Pigeon remains separate to the apartments.
