The Office of Fair Trading has launched a consultation as it considers changing the Island's competition law.
The organisation says the 1996 Fair Trading Act needs updating, particularly in light of Brexit.
But it's now asking for your views before it modernises legislation designed to combat anti-competitive practices and abuse of market power.
