Nominations are being invited for the most talented business leaders on the Isle of Man.
The Isle of Man Director of the Year Award awards, set up to recognise innovation and resiliance, will be held on 4th November.
Judges will be looking for inspiring managers who have faced the challenges of the pandmic head-on, taking into account good governance, accountability, transparency and the ability to motivate and empower a team.
There are six categories according to individual experience and size of business.
The deadline for nominations is 20th August and the ceremony will take place on 4th November.
