The government says it's bringing in a new profit tax for multinational companies operating on the Island.
From January 1 next year, it'll introduce the Qualified Domestic Minimum Top-Up Tax.
Any company turning over more than 750 million euros will pay a minimum of 15 per cent on profits they generate on the Island.
Treasury Minister Alex Allinson says there are few multinational firms of this scale on the Island, and he's hoping to bring the new laws before Tynwald in the Autumn.
