The Isle of Man bank is offering a fixed rate mortgage with an interest rate of 0.99% to borrowers with a 40% deposit.
The bank said it is a first-time product for customers on the island.
The rate is fixed to 30th November 2023 but is only available to borrowers with a 40% deposit.
Head of Retail & Commercial Coverage at NatWest International, Joe Vasey said: "The past eighteen months has been incredibly tough for customers and we feel that it is really important to help provide some kind of financial certainty for the coming years.
"By providing our lowest ever mortgage rates we are helping people who are coming to the end of their mortgage deal and are looking to re-mortgage or looking to move to a new home that can help accommodate their needs better".
