The first Manx calf has been registered with a new online tracing system, in what government's calling a major milestone for the farming industry.
It's aimed at making it easier for farmers to register cattle births, deaths, and transfers.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture says the shift replaces outdated technology which has been used for decades, with cattle passports also being redesigned.
