A planning application's gone in for a multi-million pound tip on Richmond Hill.
Proposed by development company, Dandara, the £3 million pound plans would replace the Middle River site in Douglas.
It's thought the new facility will be bigger, more efficient with a stronger emphasis on recycling.
The application is currently being considered by the Manx planning department.
