The Island's telecom regulator says it'll direct Manx Telecom to give three other companies access to its network for broadband.
Domicilium, Sure and Elite IT had asked for virtual unbundled access to provide services on the network.
But MT was unable to come to an agreement with the other companies for four years, and so the government's Communications and Utilities Regulatory Authority has stepped in.
It says Manx Telecom should give the other companies access no later than December 2028.
