More emergency measures aimed at supporting businesses during the Coronavirus outbreak will be announced today.
Treasury Minister, Alf Cannan MHK, says the next raft of initiatives to help organisations affected by the global COVID-19 pandemic will include 'a range of social support measures for workers and their families'.
It comes after the first set of government schemes aimed at helping Manx-based companies were approved in Tynwald last week.
They include a scheme offering grants of up to £3,000 for firms in certain sectors and a sick pay compensation programme providing funds for employers having to provide sick pay to employees who're having to self isolate.
