Microgaming will mark 20 years of operating on Manx shores by helping out 20 local charitable causes.
The organisation, through its PlayitForward initiative, is supporting 20 community groups throughout 2021 - it's already helped North Ramsey Bowling Club, Ramsey Grammar School, IOM Foodbank, and a young person training to be a paramedic with sixteen more causes also set to benefit this year.
Meanwhile, the company is planning to create a 'microforest' in the Manx countryside to benefit local wildlife by planting 1,500 trees at a location in the south of the Island in October.
Microgaming CEO, John Coleman, says: "It’s a special year for all of us at Microgaming, and I couldn’t think of a more appropriate way to mark 20 years on the Isle of Man than supporting 20 of the island’s great causes.
"I’m proud that we continue to extend our roots here year after year, playing an active role in the community through PlayItForward."
