One of the latest ships to join the Isle of Man ship registry has been named after a very Manx landmark.
Shipping giant Berge Bulk named its latest vessel Berge Snaefell at a ceremony in Japan this month.
The firm uses the motto "Moving Mountains" and all of its ships are named after famous mountains.
Ship registry director Dick Welsh was at the ceremony to represent the Isle of Man - he presented the company with a framed photograph of Snaefell.
