A Manx-based egaming company says it saw its earnings jump by 13 per cent last year.
GVC Holdings, which operates brands such as Sportingbet, partypoker and Foxy Bingo, says its net gaming revenue rose to just over a billion euros in 2017.
In the last quarter of the year, the company says its gaming activities earned £24.7 million.
Chief executive Kenneth Alexander says a planned takeover of Ladbrokes Coral, which would create one of the world's largest egaming companies, should mean 2018 is even more successful.
