A cycling event, held earlier this year, has raised thousands of pounds to help a bereavement charity on the Isle of Man.
The Zurich Lighthouses Challenge was held in July and was supported by 350 cyclists.
The event, along with a prize draw raised £8,258 for Cruse Bereavement Care Isle of Man.
That amount was then match-funded by the Z Zurich Foundation.
Other charities which benefitted are:
- St John Ambulance (£400)
- Ramsey RNLI (£200)
- The Isle of Man Foodbank (donated excess food from the event]
CEO of Cruse Bereavement Care Isle of Man, Amanda Cafearo said: "There are no words to describe how thankful we are with this support which will help us continue helping bereaved children, young people and adults in our community".
