The UK taxman says it's identified two new tax avoidance schemes based in the Isle of Man.
HMRC says schemes run by Innovate Limited and Optima Limited, both registered here, are avoidance schemes .
It says anyone involved in such a scheme should get in touch with it immediately.
HMRC says people using both Isle of Man schemes should now check to see if they've paid the right amount of tax and National Insurance.
