The government is putting £51 million back into reserves, thanks to an increase in revenue.
That was announced as Treasury published its full accounts for the financial year.
It says economic growth was as predicted, while income tax brought in £21 million more than expected.
All government departments kept within their budgets, except for health - which needed an extra £15.3 million to be approved by Tynwald.
