The Island's gambling industry has been been given a "medium high" risk rating for money laundering, in the first assessment of its kind.
The Gambling Supervision Commission says it shows the international scale of online gambling and increasingly sophisticated global criminal activity.
By comparison, it adds the Island's brick and mortar gambling sector poses less risk, as it serves mainly local customers.
The report points to threats from organised crime groups in East Asia which exploit online gambling platforms.
