The Island's financial regulator says it'll be cracking down on people who are doing business without the appropriate licence.
The Financial Service Authority says it's to conduct a pro-active initiative to find those breaking the law.
It says anyone providing premises for a company's registered offices, acting as a director or secretary, or being a nominee shareholder needs a licence.
The FSA says if you're unsure whether you need a licence, you can get in touch with it or seek legal advice.
