A former vet's surgery in Santon could become offices if planners approve new proposals.
Francis Garnet-Ore of Ballastrang on Castletown Road has applied to convert the former Medicor Veterinary Practice premises into office space.
In his application, he says changing the use of the building wouldn't require any work to be done.
And he adds if the plans are given the go-ahead, the building would become home to Island-based Eclipse Nursecall Systems.
