The site of a former car showroom in Ramsey could become offices and shops, if planners approve.
Shearwater properties Ltd of Andreas has applied to build the new development on the Farmer's Combine and Barry Curran Motors site on West Quay.
The plans would see two levels of offices and a retail unit on the ground floor, as well as a 48-space car park.
At present, the sit is vacant after the old buildings were demolished.
