Island businesses say they're concerned over a new living wage.
A survey by the Chamber of Commerce was completed by 69 businesses from nine sectors of the economy, focusing on the impact of the £8.61 an hour rate.
72 per cent of companies say the living wage is socially responsible, but will have a negative impact.
Only 3 per cent of employers felt introducing the rate would be good for their businesses.
