A new 'Eco estate' is being built in the south of the Island.
NK Construction is behind the move - with work due to start in the next few weeks.
It'll see a mixture of two, three & four bedroom houses built at School Hill in Castletown.
All properties have been designed to meet environmentally friendly standards.
NK Construction has apologised for any inconvenience during the works and says it will try to keep disruption 'to a minimum'.
