An Island e-gaming firm has donated thousands to one of the departments at Noble's Hospital.
Douglas-based Newfield has generated £20,000 through fundraising over the last year to go towards the Special Care Baby Unit.
Lead nurse of the unit, Paul McCann, says it's a 'staggering' gesture which will go a long way towards the support and care to premature and full-term babies.
Meanwhile, Director at Newfield, Mark Reynolds, says the organisation admires the 'second-to-none standard of care' there, and hopes the funds will help towards valuable equipment and support in the future.
