The Department for Enterprise says more than 300 young people went to this year's Graduate & Young Professional Fair.
The event was aimed at young pepole who are thinking about relocating or returning to the Island.
The department says businesses have told it they were impressed with the amount of interest shown and the age range of those who attended.
