A dental practice in the Island's capital is hoping to expand its facilities.
Quay Dental, based on North Quay, has applied for a change of use of the empty no.7 premises next to it - to create a waiting room, consulting room, office, staff room, bathroom and storage space.
The practice says this would be in keeping with other businesses in the area such as opticians, beauticians and hairdressers and would give an additional option for a dental service to the local community.
Those behind the planning application add the proposals wouldn't impact the watercourse of the harbour which is directly opposite.
