An Island court says a Swiss bank can seize a Manx-registered aircraft belonging to a Kazakh businessman accused of embezzling 77 billion roubles.
Credit Suisse won the case against a company controlled by Mazurov Petrovich, who was jailed in the British Vigrin Islands for failing to declare all his assets to investigators.
The bank wanted to move the aircraft from Russia to a maintenance facility in the UK, before selling it to recover debts owed by Mr Petrovich.
Deemster Corlett granted the application.
