A Braddan business has applied for permission to build extra storage space.
MotaWorld has asked planners to approve a new mezzanine level to use as storage at its premises on the Spring Valley Trading Estate on Cooil Road.
The company says the extra space would mean it needs an extra parking space under planning rules - but has applied to build an extra two.
In its application, the retailer says it currently employs 30 people.
