Two companies have been fined a total of more than £1,500 for not paying national insurance and submitting annual returns or accounts.
Capital Town Limited of Castletown was convicted of failing to pay national insurance.
Sharkey Construction Limited of Laxey was fined for failing to submit its accounts to support a company tax return.
Each company was also ordered to pay £125 costs when they appeared before Douglas Magistrates.
