Over 100 start-up businesses and entrepreneurs have now joined the Islands Chamber of Commerce.
The organisation revealed the update saying it's a result of an initiative this year allowing enterprises to join on a one-year free membership to be able to use its services.
Chamber chief executive, Rebecca George, says the response and uptake has 'exceeded expectations' - adding it's been mainly aimed at supporting new ventures in the 'crucial early stages of development'.
The tools those companies have been able to take advantage of during that time include networking opportunities, mentoring from business leaders and discounts on services between chamber members.
