Two businessmen who've been banned from being directors and ordered to pay up to £185,000 costs in the case have vowed to fight on.
Jonathan and Jamie Irving were banned for eight and seven years respectively over their roles in developer Street Heritage.
But after being told they'll have top pay the costs of the Financial Services Authority, they claim they're being victimised on "trumped-up charges"
And they add they're appealing against the decision, which they describe as a blatant miscarriage of justice.
