Local businesses continue to have concerns about rising operating costs, according to a recent survey.
The Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce says labour costs and electricity price increases are the major concerns of members.
65 businesses took part in the survey, with over half of respondents' businesses having staff vacancies.
The Chamber of Commerce says the majority of respondents believe affordability and availability of housing is becoming a barrier to employee recruitment and retention.
