Businesses across the Island are being encouraged to introduce "quiet hours" in the wake of Autism Acceptance Month.

Simple changes can include lowering noise levels, dimming lights and reducing in-store announcements.
Government points to the example of several Tesco stores on the Island which already run quiet hours twice a week.
