Heron and Brearley has put in updated plans for industrial units at its brewery site in Kewaigue.
The company says it wants to build 34 industrial units, as well make alterations to an existing warehouse on the site.
A number of people living nearby have lodged objections to the plans.
The company says it would remove 791 square metres of office space and add 2,287 square metres of industrial space on the site.
