The Island's good causes are set to get a £657,000 windfall from bank accounts that haven't been touched for 15 years.
New laws were passed in 2019 allowing the Treasury to take control of dormant bank accounts, with the money going to charities.
So far, more than £4 million has been released by banks, and the Manx Lottery Trust is about to pay out the first cash from the fund.
The Trust is now deciding which grant applications will be given some of the money.
