3FM LIVE - Tough Mucka

This Sunday morning 3FM is LIVE at the fourth instalment of Isle Listen's flagship event, Tough Mucka, proudly supported by Connister Bank!

Designed to push competitors to their physical and mental limits, the event truly represents our unique Island community of teamwork and overcoming obstacles, and by stepping outside your comfort zone to take on the course, you're helping Isle Listen support the mental health of children and young people.
