Zurich teams up to raise cash for charities

Zurich International has teamed up with other businesses to raise £1,000 for local charities.

Last December, the company's annual staff charity Christmas raffle raised the funds. 
 
Prizes were donated by the likes of Equiom, the Sefton Group, Appleby, Wine Down, Shoprite, and MannVend and included luxuries like spa treatments, meals, hampers, a tablet and a laptop. 

The money will be added to Zurich Financial Services (IOM) Staff Charity Fund which staff contribute to by organising fundraising events.

Funds are then distributed to charities throughout the year - over a number of years Zurich has raised almost £5,000.
