Youth work is more than ping pong and pool - that's the message from the retiring head of the Isle of Man's Youth Service:
Ken Callister has headed the service since 2010 after becoming a youth officer in 1995.
The Youth Service operates play clubs for primary school children, youth clubs for those in secondary school as well as the Soundcheck music project and the Youth Arts Centre.
Ken says he believes the work being done is now more widely recognised - despite government cutbacks:

Does government plan to press ahead with min wage rise?
Where has government found £11m in savings?
