The Isle of Man's ageing population poses the biggest threat to the Island’s future.
That’s the opinion of the Chief Minister who is calling on young people to start thinking seriously about pension plans for later life.
With people living longer it is putting increased strain on the Island’s National Insurance fund and the Health Service.
By 2050 the reserve that funds state pensions will be depleted to nothing.
