Young Island athletes will be learning about rest and recovery, with special training sessions.
The event is the first of the year for the Isle of Man Sport Aid Academy, and brings specialist teachers to improve performance.
Nick Littlehales worked with sporting giants such as Real Madrid and Manchester United, and he'll be speaking at the workshop on Friday, January 13.
Youngsters will also find out more about diet and nutrition, stretching and mindfulness, which aims to teach the athletes the importance of rest and recovery for their psyche.
