That's the advice from Manx Care, with the festive season around the corner.
It says with Christmas less than a month away - it wants to remind people you don't need matching pyjamas, a colour-coordinated Christmas tree or a huge pile of presents to be happy.
The health board adds there's a lot of pressure to have a 'perfect' Christmas, but to try and remember it's about you, your family and what you all enjoy.
Most importantly, it says to not let social media make you think you haven't got all you need.
