A company has applied to convert offices above a Douglas pub into apartments.
Wardsley Limited of Mount Murray wants to convert the space above the Blind Pig into three flats.
In its application, the company says the development would need less car parking because of its central location and access to public transport.
The plans also require registered building consent for some aspects of the proposed work.
