A yellow weather warning has been issued for heavy rain today.
The notice comes into force at 9am and will run until 5pm this evening.
Ronaldsway Met Office says it will particulary affect the North of the Island, high ground and especially east and northeastern facing upslopes.
Officials are anticipating up to 20mm of water in most areas and up to a further 40mm on upslopes which could lead to minor flooding in those parts.
